  • We match you with an available local project.

Step 2: Subscribe

Once we’ve identified a project for you, it takes just 5 minutes to set up your account.

  • Validate your email and create an account password.
  • Estimate your monthly utility usage or log into your utility account.
  • Verify your utility rate and select a plan.
  • Supply a little information for a soft credit check. (It won’t affect your credit score.)
  • Add your preferred form of payment.

Step 3: Save

Once renewable energy from your project is flowing to your local power grid, you receive solar credits on your utility bill, helping to cover your monthly payment. You will receive a bill from Nelnet Renewable Energy for your electricity used at a discounted rate.
